Main Screen - Add/Edit Outage Data
Follow the number sequence to edit outage data with the red #'s being the most critical.

Outage Year -- Typically the current year for any new outage.
Ticket No. -- Assigned the program when the Add a new outage.
User Initials -- Select the current user from the dropdown list. *
Date Entered -- Todays date is the default.
Crew Assigned -- Select the crew assigned to this outage from the dropdown list. *
* Dropdown Lists are maintained under the settings worksheet and loaded at startup.

#2 Date and Time OFF and ON are the most critical data points.
The Date selection box is used to set the date and shows the time in AM PM short date format. The H: for hour and M: for minutes use a military 24 hour time format. The sliders above and below the setting boxes can also be used to set the hour and minute of the outage and as a visual check. The time ON will always be later than the time OFF or it isn't an outage.
